This is an awesome bass. I just put new Lindy Fralin J pickups in it and put new cts 250k pots and jack in it, have reciepts. I used a contrentric pot for neck and bridge pickups and a single pot for the tone. Sounds awesome and has the J bass tone that we all long for. It has a 62' Re-issue neck which is awesome and it has a mim body and bridge. I changed control plate also. I got the bug for something different is all. Want a 4 string or would take 600.00. Forgot to say that this is all passive
