Fender Precision Bass Lyte MIJ

Sign in to disble this ad
Fender '89 Precision Bass Lyte
Made in Japan
Alder body
Brown sunburst finish with a match painted headstock
Gold hardware with sweet mojo
Vintage tinted and lacquered maple neck
Rosewood fingerboard
Pearl dot inlays
Normal dings of a guitar its age (one significant one by the botto strap button)
Fret wear is extremely minimal for a bass this old
Heeled neck joint for comfortable access to the higher frets
Microtilt neck adjustment option
Seymour Duncan Basslines quarter pounder precision bass pick up
Dimarzio Ultrajazz (noiseless) bridge pick up
Aguilar OBP-1 active preamp (boost only, bass and treble)
Q-Parts gold knurled dome knobs with a pearloid inlay
Brand new USA made Fender output jack

The only issue with the bass is the pick up selector knob is wired in reverse, so when you roll the knob forward you're actually panning to the bridge pick up.

Looking for $425 shipped. I don't have a scale at home to give you a weight. They do call it the "Lyte" for a reason though

Oh yeah, your choice of a mint condition warwick rockbag or a used polyfoam case (that does show a little wear and doesn't fit the bass all that well). I figure I might as well offer the polyfoam since it's not being used right now.

If you don't know what a "botto" strap button is...shame on you. I meant bottom.
