2 Basses. As far as I know, I'm the only one currently selling either of these on the internet... In the unlikely event that the same person would like to buy both basses, I could lower the total price by about 200 USD.
I'm in Montreal for those who could meet me in person half-way. I'm willing to drive a bit south of the border if you're in north-east USA. Obviously I'm also willing to drive a few hours into Ontario or eastern Quebec.
1) Fender Steve Bailey Fretless
6 strings, ebony fretless fingerboard (compound radius), unlined, 34" scale, 19mm +-0.5mm string spacing, graphite reinforced neck, 18V electronics, with Fender hardcase
This bass is excellent, but not The One for me.
I'd like to trade for a different high end fretless, 5 or 6 (or more!) strings. My main requirement is hyper-low action with no buzz.
I'd also consider selling for around 2000 USD
2) BC Rich Widow
5 strings, neck-through, 35", ebony fretboard, 24 jumbo frets,
2 P pickups, active trebble and bass
Looking for around 550 USD. |

Vol, vol, stacked bass / treble boost / cut?

I am dying to slam on that sucker.
Would you please rate the thickness of the fingerboard. Did Fender actually put a thick and juicy slab of ebony on this axe?

There's about 6mm thick of ebony in the middle of the fingerboard, tapering down to 4mm at the edge near the nut, and 3mm at the edge at the 24th fret. |

Yamaha TRB6JP2
Modulus Q6
Maybe a touchstyle instrument (chapman stick, warr, mobius, etc.)
Or maybe even an electric upright bass. |

| | | | Hello Alexbib,
I have a 6 string fretless warwick thumb bolt-on 1998 model. Wenge body/neck with a "tiger stripe ebony" fingerboard. I'm potentially interested in trading for the Bailey 6 string. Any interest??? |
