Fender Sting Precision

Up for sale is the Fender Sting Precision. It is in great shape. The original saddle bridge was upgraded to the Badass III and the pickup was upgraded to a Seymour Duncan. I also just put a new set of Fender 8250 strings on last month. There is also a tweed hard case which I purchased after that is in great shape as well. With the upgrades and the nice hardcase I am looking for $650.00 plus shipping.

*****Would also consider trades for one of the following amps plus some cash.

1. MB Big Bang or LMIII
2. GK MB Fusion
3. Aguilar TH500

The 1/4 pounder is a good mod to this bass. It's a cool axe, but the stock pup is thin (low output). Otherwise this should find a fine home. Good luck.

It is a cool bass. I am a little on the fence on selling it but I seem to play a few of my other basses more.

I agree about the 1/4 pounder mod, as I did the same with my Sting--really fired it up. I have always come back to this one while many others have come and gone. How did the new bridge install? I never had a problem with the stock twin-saddle.

I actually bought it with the upgrades. I did not do them myself. I don't play it as much I would like to. They are nice basses which is why I wouldn't have a problem keeping it either.

After using on the gig on Saturday this is back on the market. It's just not my thing even though it plays great. I am just not a P-bass guy. Price was dropped to $650.00 plus shipping. I will have UPS pack it and ship it.
