I love this bass, especially the playability, but it's not getting any real live use due to being in a high-gain two guitar band. I basically had different goals when I bought it. Funny how things work out.

Fender Highway One Jazz body. Warmoth wenge neck/ebony (lined) board - BadAss II bridge - Dimarzio Ultra Jazz pickups. Neck is immaculate. Body has a couple VERY small dings. PM if interested and I'll send more detailed pics/any info requested. Here's a shot from my phone just to give an idea.

In all honesty I don't have anything terriibly specific in mind as far as trades go. Very much open to other Warmoth frankenbasses, Fender J's, P's, G&L's.

Question for you? How is the neck dive on this? Wenge is pretty heavy, and the highway 1 bodies are really light and I would be concerned that this could have some bad neck dive. Also, what is the overall weight?

Great questions:

Believe it or not the neck-dive is minimal - never been a factor the dozen times or so I've actually brought it to band rehearsal. I actually threw a strap on to more carefully scrutinize after reading this as I've never even thought about it. Yeah, just don't consider it an issue.

The weight: It's a boat anchor. Heavy as hell, probably one of the heaviest basses I've ever played. I don't have a scale here at the moment but we're talking at least 12 pounds, I will post exact figure later but anyone looking for light weight basses best pass on this. Needless to say I dig heavy instruments.

Thanks!
