FenderP/J 5er with Sadowsky guts(Nitro Finish)

Fender pbass 5er
Electric Blue (Nitro Finish)
Sadowsky pbass pups
Nordstrand Humbucker
Sadowsky preamp
Tort pick guard
custom wire job (explained)
high mass bridge
Fender hard shell case

I'm posting a diagram that helps explain this bass and its wiring. The first knob is a volume for the front pickup and a push/pull passive/active, the second knob is a pan between the pups and humbucker, the third one is cool because it is the humbucker volume/ coil tap for the humbucker, then the switch allows you to select the coil on the humbucker when third knob is pulled out, the forth knobs are stacked bass/treble boost.

This is a really cool bass but I am in need of some cash so its up for sell, but i will say this bass IS LOUD and very versatile. with that push pull coil tap you can make this bass sound like a true single coil pj or you can have the humbucker using both coils and it sounds like a MONSTER. This bass does not disappoint. Its very big and very loud, especially with the electric blue nitro finish.

$2000 shipped $1800 Shipped Cont. U.S. ONLY. or best offer. I am now open to trades!!

I don't have a set of scales, but I have a Gibson Les Paul bass that I know weighs over 12lbs and this bass is significantly lighter. I would say between 9 and 10 lbs.

OUCH! Sorry to say that 9 lb. basses are even a bit to heavy for my twice surgically-repaired left shoulder.

Thanks for the quick response .... and kind regards,
Doug

Sure thing man, I can understand that. I'll let you know If I find some scales and it happens to be lighter than expected.

Found some scales! It weighs in at 8.4lbs. Is that more of what your looking for?

OOOH ... 8.4 lbs. is more to my liking for sure ... however, I need to get the cash that I am waiting for on two items that are "allegedly sold", so that I can buy a much-needed 5 string bass.

Doug
