I've closed the old thread so it would be less cluttered.

Here's a link to the old thread for the specs:
FS Only: Clement Singlecut Jon 6 #153

I am reluctantly selling this beauty as I have some upcoming financial obligations, but here's your opportunity to own a true custom in essentially new condition for $800 less than it would cost to make with the same options, plus no wait time!

NO TRADE OFFERS WILL BE ENTERTAINED.

Snag this and give yourself or your loved ones the gift of BASS this Christmas!

SOLD!!!

Please help...before I come to my senses!

No preamp, however the control cavity is large enough to accommodate one plus 9 volt should you choose to drop one in.

Tom's basses are phenomenal and a great value; lots of bang for the buck. They are constructed well and are comparable, IMHO, to many boutique basses. If this were a 4, she wouldn't be going anywhere!!!

TRADE POTENTIAL

Okay, a few nibbles here and there on this beauty, but no bites.

In any event, I thought I'd throw out the following options:

Will accept paypal via credit card now. I'll take the hit on the fees to move this baby.

Will be willing to sell for $1425 without the ProTec Case.

Also, would be open to PARTIAL TRADES, as long as the trade will net me $1000 cash. If using the trade option, I'd set the trade value of my Clement at $1700, so please make your trades accordingly.

What I am interested in (in no particular order):
  • 4 or 5-string fretted basses
  • Solid state or hybrid heads, minimum 750 watts at 4 ohm
  • 6x10 or 8x10 cabs (local Indianapolis only).
  • Line 6 multi effects (M9, M13, Bass Floor Pod XT Live).
  • Anything else...worst I'll do is politely decline.

So, in a nutshell, if you can spare $1000, plus come up with the balance of the $700 in trade fodder, you can own this absolutely unique and one-of-a-kind custom six-stringer.

Or, if you prefer, you can have it outright for $1500 shipped with protec case or $1425 shipped without the case.

Again, I'll even (somewhat willingly) accept paypal!

Fire away!

Lots of questions regarding the neck on this bad boy.

While it looks wide and daunting, it is very comfortable to play. It's asymmetrical and flattens out as you go up the neck.

Width @ nut: 2.0 inches.
Width @ last fret: 3.5 inches.

Pics to come shortly!
