Bros' and Sista's.....here is a bass I just completed for a very specific buyer who backed out on the deal. So, here ya go...someone snatch up this beauty!!
Its a 2005 Geddy Lee CIJ Jazz neck in primo condition, mated with a spectacular 2005 Fender Special Edition highly-flamed Jazz body. For the same price as a plain black used GL...you can have a gorgeous Jazz that no one else has!!
The electronics are all stock and original...and in my opinion, this bass tonally blows away any Geddy I've ever played!! (and it's soo much purdier!!) The pickups are much fuller and fatter sounding than a standard Geddy. This one will easily cover your Precision needs too with just the neck pickup on.
It has a BadAss II bridge, and a brand new special ordered champagne pearl pickguard. Fingering and action is silly low, as is the case with most geddy necks.
Looking at $750 for the bass with a new gig bag, or add $75 for the brand new vintage tweed locking hardshell case.
I will sell just the loaded body complete with Badass for $375
