Fodera Deluxe NYC 5 String Lined Fretless
 

Here is my Fodera NYC fretless 5 string. It has an Alder Body with a Spalted Maple Top. It has a lined rosewood fretless fingerboard on a three-piece maple neck. The deluxe Basses have a greater angle of tilt on the headstock witch I find to make a great difference on a 34" 5 string. The Bass has a Mike Pope three band preamp with a passive tone control. The Bass has a preamp bypass switch to run the Bass passive as well. Fodera bridge, custom Duncan pickups, ramp and Hipshot tuners. it will come in a Fodera case with the Truss Rod Wrench and the Bridge Tool. The case has a hole in it from the upper horn pushing against it.

The Bass is a players instrument, there are more then a few dings on the Bass. Mostly on under the controls and one on the headstock. I got the Bass from Fodera as a preowned instrument back in March of 2011. This Bass is a Killer! ! ! Great tone and low action. Has a set of Fodera 44 to 125 nickel strings on it. If you're looking for a great sounding and playing Bass then this is the one for you ! ! !

The Bass is 4 ounces under 10 pounds by my bathroom scale.

It has 19mm string spacing at the bridge.
