This has an audere 3 band preamp with the 3 way switch, goldenage pickups, a gotoh bridge, mexi Fender body, and a Squier VM Jazz neck. The logo on the Squier was removed and replaced with a Fender decal which wasn't clear coated and is now mostly gone from use. Sorry guys. For those wondering the goldenage pickups are wound to be like vintage 60s pickups, but I forget the maker off hand.
The bass was also refinished by another TBer. Its a DIY finish, but looks pretty good close up and looks about perfect from far away. Minor dings and dents from playing. Most are the size of a pinhead. One goes through the finish but not the the wood. I wore this down to the undercoat slightly on the edge where my forearm rests. You can't notice it from the front.
I just set this up with brand new DR Blue Peacocks so you'll have blue strings with your blue bass. Strings have about 40 minutes of play time on them tops.
Super low action without buzz or rattle. Great player and I love playing this bass almost as much as I like getting the compliments. However I'm not really a jazz guy or an active bass guy.
Will also include two free sets of new nickel rounds with purchase. $400+SHIPPING!
These are from when I got the bass
Here is the bass at some recent shows
And here is the bass in a Daily News article with Art from September:
