Ok I really need to thin some stuff out so im going to throw this out there.
I got this in a trade and it looked like it went thru a war. Its got dings, dents, scratches, wear thru, etc. It had horrible electronics so I replaced the pots and the input and rewired it. Its been played there is no doubt about it.
I just put some Labella Flatwounds on it a few days ago.
It was so plain looking so I made a pickguard for it, and also put on a badly pitted and rusted bridge cover. It didnt have a back plate so I made one out of a scrap Stratocaster backplate
Tuners are licensed by Schaller and hold tune very well.. The body is plywood but it sounds really good. Nice neck, and some mojo to boot.
Bass was made in Korea.
It could use a fret dressing or leveling in the near future.
Again this has plenty of dings, dents, scrapes, scratches, a couple good gouges, and some wear marks for good measure. It originally was pearl white and has naturally aged to a creamish pearl.
It plays and sounds great.. Here is a video of it now
