I've decided to clean the closet again, and my 1960 EBO is up for sale. It's totally faded, except for under the pickguard and in the control cavity, and there is heavy checking in the finish. All of this is pretty standard stuff. I am the second owner. I bought it from a guy who was selling it for his grandfather who bought it new. According to him, the headstock crack was repaired in the early 70's, and it's held up really well. I have tried to capture all of this in the photos. I just recently put on a set of Fender short scale round wounds, and played on them 30 minutes max. Don't know what else to say except this is a very cool bass. I'm asking $2500.00 shipped and insured CONUS through Fedex Ground. Foreign buyers add $125.00 fully insured (or insured to the maximum allowed amount) via Express Mail, or $95.00 without insurance. I don't have the original case, but I will provide an old Gibson hardshell case that fits EB long scale basses (EBO-L, EB3-L and EB4-L). The logo has worn off but the case is in very good condition. Thanks, Ron
