FS - 1974 Gibson EB-3

As much as it pains me to do this, I am forced to sell off my beautiful 1974 Gibson EB-3. This bass is in amazing condition. It looks incredible, sounds incredible and it is fun to play.
From what I know it is all original. It was purchased from the original owner who took extremely good care of it. All electronics function perfectly. There is one blemish on the back under the strap button (pictured).
The original hard shell case is included. An awesome bass all around. I don't have a scale to weigh it, but it is pretty heavy. Sale price is $1350 shipped to continental US only. No trades please.

I'm also selling off a Gibson T-Bird and a USA Fender Jazz in seperate threads. PM me if interested or to make an offer.

You are getting a true classic here...

I am not sure but if its a 34" scale it would be a EB-3L, the "L" being for long scale. Most of these were a 30" scale, at least mine was of the same vintage.

One of the cleanest examples I have seen... and have seen a few... Great price too considering the condition. Best of luck with the sale.

It's the EB-3L (34.5" scale). You can tell by looking at it. I have a '72, which has the 2-point bridge (that one has the 3-point) but it's still in the same place. Great bass, someone should really jump on this. They are actually very versatile basses au contraire to popular belief , especially the ones with the mid pickup placement (like that one).

Good luck. I'd be making you an offer if I already didn't have two of those...
