FS: 1975 Fender Precision

G.A.S. Need I say more?

Neckplate #610696
Potentiometer date code: 1377429
Weight is approx. 9lbs.

Hipshot Bass Xtender added. I loaned this bass to a friend a couple of years ago and unfortunately the tuner was lost. The pickguard and bridge ashtray are replacements. A couple of pickguard screws look to be replacements too. Frets are in good shape. It's currently strung with a set of D'Addario Chromes. When I removed the neck yesterday for photos, I checked the truss rod and it works fine. I added the brass thumbrest a couple of years ago. It will be shipped in a non original hard shell case. If you have any questions, concerns or would like specific photos of this instrument, PM me and I will get back with you in a timely manner. Asking $1700.00 shipped in the Contl. U.S. Thanks.

Photos...

Glamor shots (with old pickguard).

A couple of current pics...

LISTING UPDATE

My heart sank last night when I noticed some of the paint had flaked off of the upper horn. Here are the tragic pics...

What?? You crazy? The Fender Custom Shop charges thousands for that kind of job.
If anything, I'd say it just went up in value.

Beautiful bass.
