I recently went on a GAS rampage, and accquired 5 basses all in a period of 3 months. Crazy, you say? I agree.

So after some thoughts, I have decided to let a few of them go. My goal is to keep my total count down to 4, as I currently have 7.
First one on the chopping block is a 1977 Fender Mustang Bass. Here's the break down:
Goods:
- Ash body with nice grains and a straight maple board neck.
- Original pickup stating 77 on the back.
- Pickguard serial # matches the neck serial.
- Strings set in mid-low action with minminal buzz.
- Frets are in good shape (70 - 95%) depending on the location of frets.
- Pots appear to be original as well with original cap.
- Truss rod fully functional.
- Original grounding plates under the pickup and under control cavity.
- Comes with a Godin gutiar gig bag.
Bads (purely cosmetic, no playability issue):
- Body was stripped by the previous owner and now sports a thin clear stain finish with some small surface damage dings and scratches.
- The back of neck was also sanded down for smoother action.
- The tuners do not appear to be orginal either, however they are quality parts, perhaps by Schaller?
- Also, missing the string ferrules on the back on body, one pickguard screw and the thumb rest, but again these are just strictly cosmetic.
The bass is an amazing player with tons of mojo and sounds great in almost all situations. I guess I am just not much of a short scale player. Even with my short fingers the scale just don't feel right in my hand. Will accpet either Paypal or US/Canada Postal Money Order. Hopefully for a quick sale @
