FS: 1977 Fender P with Jazz width neck

For sale is a really nice mid 70's P bass, with a super comfy jazz width neck. It's all original except one of the pickup coils was repaired by Carey Nordstrand, and the two wires from the pickup to the control pots were replaced.

This bass weighs in right around 8 lbs. I'll check it when home on my digital scale to get a more exact weight, but it's nice and light. Everything on the bass is in very good condition, the black finish on the body does have some checking (see closeup pic). Comes with the pickup and bridge covers. The case is non-original and is a 70's reissue style Fender case.

This bass feels great, plays great and sounds incredible. If you want pure P bass tone - this one delivers! I was not planning to sell this one anytime soon!!
