Thanks! The finish is almost flawless, better than most of my newer P's. I should have mentioned this bass is very light, maybe 8 pounds.

I think that is pretty fair. It seems like Fender Jazz V's sell for around $1000 used and that is what I would value this 83 as with the original case. Especially since you don't see too many Sienna Bursts with Rosewood fretboards.

Great looking bass and a great price! Good luck with the sale.

Between 8 and 9 pounds, closer to 8, bathroom scale, but it's noticably lighter than my other P's which are all around 9. Thanks for inquiring! Will add the following goodies...New LaBella 760fl's, Levi's padded black leather strap (nearly new), and a red tort pickguard that fits perfectly....

Ooooh I've got this bass w/ a maple neck. It's the bass that made me stop gear whoring. Would love to have the rosewood version, but can't swing it.

"I paid more for mine - this is a good deal!" bump!

Thanks for the comments, if it were not for new-found Sadowsky addiction it would be staying home for sure...here's a picture with the tort pickguard...

Great looking bass...the sienna sunburst (I think that is the color) is one of my favorites on a Fender.

It is indeed Sienna Burst, surprising to me that Fender doesn't still do at least a couple basses with this color. Thanks for looking....still available...
