For Sale:
1986 Yamaha BB450 (I messed up and thought this was made in 1985). Serial number MI05075. According to the serial number it was made on February 5th, unit number 75. It's in great condition and works perfect. Few small dings/nicks in the paint but it is very presentable. One crack/check in the finish near the rear cover.
Frets have been leveled and re-crowned. It also has a new brass nut and a set of brand new medium GHS Boomers on it. Truss rod works great and the neck has nice low action. Tuners are MIJ and work very nice and smooth. Made in Taiwan (I had previously stated Indonesia). Bathroom scale says that it weighs in at 9.00bs. It needs nothing and plays great. In terms of build quality these things are outstanding. Much better than any MIM or MIC Fender.
Ships with the original hard case and my fancy home made truss rod adjustment tool (socket welded to an allen wrench). Your choice of chrome or black knobs. $250 shipped conus. Feel free to PM me with any questions/offers/requests for more pictures.

I know what you mean about the case. Not quite as heavy duty as my MusicMan case but the storage room in this thing is great. |
