SOLD.

As much as I hate to do this, the time has come to part with my beloved MIJ P-Bass. I found a sweet 70's P and I have to sell this one to justify picking up the new one. This is a 1986 Fender Precision Bass, it is Black with a Maple neck and fretboard and has a Tortoise guard. This is an 'E' Serial made in Japan, which for this era is regarded as better than the US Made instruments of the time. This bass is in amazing condition for it's age, almost as if it were stored in the case for 24 years! Comes with Fender hardshell case, extra white pickguard and Fender owners manual. Asking $750 OBO Shipped within the Continental US.

Cheers,

Matt

I also have an '86 MIJ E-series precision. It's a ridiculously amazing bass. The neck...just wow. Consider yourself bumped, sir.

I dig it. I'd make an offer if I was not saving to get a 74 P bass

Man, that looks really sharp with the tortoiseshell pickguard and I haven't seen that combination too many times.

Thanks for the kind words guys, it is a fantastic bass! Unfortunately, I cannot afford to own this one and the '76.
