FS 1991 Modulus Q5 --Price Drop!--

Sign in to disble this ad
Great original Modulus from the Geoff Gould days when Modulus was making their best basses. Serial is from 91.
Black cherry velvet finish of awesome quilted maple top and alder back.
Bartolini pickups and preamp which was an option at the time.
Gold hardware.
This bass plays and sounds incredible.
No issues at all, it's ready to go to work.
It was used in the pit for many Broadway shows, etc.
No Trades.

Pics here: http://stevemillhouse.com/gearforsale.html
It's the 3rd bass on the page.

$1300 no trades

That bass has the GG-BB pickups in it.

Slightly smaller bridge.

There are some Modulus fanatics that love them (not sure if they are in TB)

That looks like my main Q5 (very growly for Q)
Which is my main bass out all of them that I have and I have had mine for well over 10 years.

Bump for you

God my is the same color (black hardware though) and it kills.

I told some buds that yours was up for sale that love mine.

If you where interested in limited edition Mahogany EB MM 4 and some cash my buddy would jump on this because He loves mine with those pickups.

I have a newer Q5 with barts which sounds great but it missing a that growl that these pickups have.

I'm the friend....I'm actually selling my G&L 2500 USA because I'm not a 5 guy...but I love Basswave's so much I would pull the trigger on this one in a heartbeat.

Looks like I have to go to the studio and list some more goodies for sale this week.....

If you like basswave's modulus, I'm sure you'll like this one and you'll be a 5 guy! All the other modulus basses I've owned were with EMG (J, P, DC etc) and this bass sounds great. So why am I selling it then...I have a couple Fodera basses so I don't play this one..
