It's a bad pic, but it's hard to get the transparent dark brown to not look black.
I bought it new for $1200, in 1991, and I'd like to get $1000 for it. |

Any interest in trades?

Yes, Marial is right, it is velcro for a ramp.
Gary Willis did some setup on it in '91 while I was at BIT, and when I asked him about his ramp, he said, "Just make one yourself, it's easy". So, I made mine removable.
Well, I'd like to thin the herd, and I don't have a need for much else, but I'll entertain the thought. What do you have, ChrisCassisi? (Funny coincidence, I bought this in L.A., I think it was called Nadine's?) |

I hate the fact we can't PM on the mobile app. I am sitting in jazz class and don't have my computer.

Anyone? |

The last time I took it in for a tune-up, the truss was given a slight adjustment, and the frets were given a clean bill of health. That was sometime around 2005, and it has been in the closet since. Plugged it in and she plays fine. Someone is really going to love this thing, but it just doesn't fit my playing anymore.
The bad: The truss rod cover and the chunk of metal under the bridge is missing. This was removed when Gary Willis did some setup to it, and I lost track of them over the years. However, it's because it plays better without the chunk of metal. There is also 2 tiny dings in the paint at the bottom of the bass.
For serious interest, I'll certainly take detailed pics. |
