FS 1998 Warwick Corvette Standard Fretless (with goodies)

Sign in to disble this ad
Hello,

I decided to thin my bass gear collection a bit, and would like to sell my 1998 Warwick Corvette Standard Fretless. The bass sounds great and is very easy to play - I'm just not that great at fretless, and don't particularly want to learn.

I purchased the bass used from Collingswood Music (Collingswood, NJ), and upgraded all of the hardware to black, ordered through the US Warwick distributor. The knobs are not Warwick - they are AllParts.

Bass details:
My first post on TB showing this bass:
The Official Warwick Club (Part 3)

Bubinga Body
Wenge Neck
Ebony fingerboard
Black hardware (a >$150 value by itself!)
Currently strung with medium gauge DR Black Beauties (045, 065, 085, 105)
Hardshell case in decent condition
Case goodies including: full set of Warwick chrome hardware (tuners, knobs, 2 piece bridge, string retainer), truss-rod tool, Levy's Leathers strap with Dunlop straploks, and roundwound strings that were on bass when purchased 12/2008)

Asking price: $450 OBO plus shipping. Payment via Paypal or cash if local sale.

Here are some photos of the bass / case:

There is some wear on the fingerboard from using roundwounds. Some of this was already present when purchased - it still sounds great, with excellent mwah!

I'm interested in moving this bass. Make an offer!

For a local sale, I am willing to drive up to 1 hour from 08109 (Merchantville, NJ). If there are additional photos / angles you'd like to see, let me know & I'll take them!

How far are you from the NYC area? If we can do a local sale, I'll take her.
