2001 Fender American-made 50th Anniversary Precision Bass for sale for $1100 plus shipping to U.S. addresses. This bass is in brand-new condition with all accessories (unopened) and a numbered commemorative certificate. Fewer than 500 were made in 2001. This bass has literally no signs of use or wear whatsoever. It has an attractive transparent butterscotch finish on a grainy ash body, maple fingerboard, string-through-body bridge, commemorative neckplate, new Dunlop nickel-plated steel roundwound strings, and a recent setup by master luthier Mike Lull. The bass weighs 9 1/2 pounds and has buzz-free low action. You will never see a cleaner example of this rare bass.

these are REALLY nice basses. I had one a few years back and only got rid of it because I became addicted to Laklands...THAT TAKES NOTHING AWAY FROM THESE BASSES!

Mine was an excellent player and was top notch in fit and finish as I assume this one is as well.
