For sale is my FNA JAzzman LTD 2002 4 string bass. This bass is awesome sounding, but it has not received any attention in approximately 2 YEARS. Here are the specs from Warwick.de:
Walnut body
Highly figured Swirly Bubinga top
Ovangkol neck
Rosewood 24-fret fingerboard with block/triangle mother-of-pearl inlays
Scale length: 34" (long)
Passive MEC J/MM-style pickups with open pole pieces
Active MEC 3-band electronics (deactivated by push/pull volume control)
Additional tone control for passive mode
3-way mini toggle switch for separate humbucker configuration (series, parallel, or single coil)
Black hardware
Natural Oil Finish
Only 200 units
Hans Peter Wilfer signature and metal inlay with serial number of limited edition on the back of headstock
One note about this bass: the input jack is a little dodgy. It works, but if you wiggle the cord the wrong way, it will cut out. Not a big deal, but there it is. Also, when I got it set up, the fret board has a bit of a dip on the Low E string side around the third fret area. THe neck is not twisted, but the fretboard has a tad more relief on that low E side. I had it set up and it plays fine, but it is visible if you look closely.
I am looking for 1200 USD shipped in the CONUS. International shipping, add 175USD (yes, the shipping across the pond can get seriously expensive). I would prefer to sell to someone in the USA, but I am not constrained to that. The bass will ship in a Warwick gig bag, with the LTD certificate. It will be insured for full value, so any shipping quotes will include insurance!
PM me if interested! No trade offers at this time, as I need the money to repaint the house!
