I owned a Pentabuzz years ago, bought it new and when I did the first string change the nut fell off. I called Mike and he told me to head up to Rockland and they fixed the nut, gave me the "tour" of the facility and couldn't have been nicer to me. I love dealing with small, US companies and Pedulla is one of the best.
