FS: 2004 Fender MIM Precision Bass. PRICE DROP

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey all

Up for grabs is a 2004 MIM Fender Precision in Wine Red. It's in near mint condition except for a large paint chip on the side.

It has an aftermarket black pickguard and black knobs.

It has super low action and plays extremely easily. The frets are clean, as is the bass itself. The only cosmetic issue is that paint chip. A gig bag is included. I will replace the rusted pickguard screws with fresh ones before shipping.

I'd like to see it go for $225 shipped CONUS. $200 for a pick-up in Akron/Canton/Wadsworth area.

The ONLY things I will take in trade:

-Finished Warmoth Jazz Bass body (no figured tops) routed for Jazz pickups. That's what the money for this is going towards.

Thanks for looking. PM me with any questions.

Afternoon bump...

I am open to offers, and as a heads up I would like the jazz bass body to be passive routed (rear or front, just please no battery box routs.)

That ding on the body could be disguised quite easily so it wouldn't be noticed except up close. What's the weight?

Good price. If I lived in the USA I'd buy it.

It could be if you're playing it since it's on the right side, which faces down. I'm actually really upset about that gash, because I have no idea how it happened. It was put there by someone I was loaning the bass to, and it's a really weird mark so I have no idea what could have caused it.

Thanks. I'm sure you're a good buyer, but I have had two really bad international shipping experiences so I would like to avoid dealing outside the country.

I have two offers for a partial trade with a Big Muff, so whoever pays first gets it.
