FS: 2006 Fender Jazz bass Special - Cheap!

I just got this in a trade and something else has come on the market and I want to make sure that I can swing that.

This is a 3TSB, MIA Jazz bass Special. I'm not 100% sure what makes that different. I just know that it has no string-through option, the finish looks a little thinner than usual and there's a 60th anniversary badge on the headstock. The bass comes with an Audere preamp installed. It sounds great and plays very well. It also comes in a molded Fender hardshell case.

There is a bit of player wear, I tried to capture some of that in the photos.

Just a friendly heads up, to fill in some of the blanks for you ... this is actually a pre-upgrade Highway 1 (that would also be the reason for the thin finish on the body) ... the addition of the pre and the knob replacement would be modifications, and I cant tell what it has from the photos, but it would have also came stock with a threaded saddle vintage bridge ... 2006 was the transition year for Fender from Highway 1 to Highway ONE ... this would have been an early 2006 model from before the upgrade ... free ride up
