MINT 2008 Fender American Standard P Bass. Not a scratch/ding/dent on her. 2 piece body and feels sub 9lbs. Beautiful bass that has tone for days with a newer set of D'Addario Chromes (I'll put some round wound strings on there if you prefer). Comes with the killer new SKB/Fender case and all case candy unopened. The case is in NEW shape with no marks or signs of use. I took this bass in on a trade, but I have my eye on a J Bass, so this one is for sale only. You can see from the pics, this bass is in practically new condition.

The poster could probably be a little clearer, but this is an 07 serial carry over into 2008.

I can tell it was made in 2008, or shipped or whatever, then, because it has all the famous '08 updates (better bridge, string-through, light-weight tuners).

I have the exact same bass, it's my favorite.

Exactly...thanks for clearing it up. After all of the '08 American Fender talk I assumed everyone knew about the first ones were marked Z7 but had all of the appointments of the new American Standard series.

This one has every attention to detail that has been talked about with the new American Standard series.

You have a beautiful L2K, but I've given G&L a go around a few times. They are just not my thing...but I wish they were because they are so well built and finished.

Arab would certainly have been an easy trip.
