2008 Fender American Standard Precision Bass made in late 2008 and purchased as a backup and for home recording. It is a SWEET P Bass! Amazing tone and comfortable at just under 9 lbs on my scale. Selling because I just put a new Audere preamp along with some fret work on my Jazz 5 and don’t need this as a backup anymore. Beautiful black body and pickguard with maple neck.
This bass has not been gigged and never been out of my smoke-free home studio. Used lightly for practice and recording, this baby always sounds great. It could pass for new. No issues, no fretwear, no deadspots on the neck. Check out the beautiful grain on the headstock. Comes with a new deluxe Fender gigbag and the original white pickguard. I preferred all black, but the white pickguard is also included. Has all the new features including tinted neck, thinner finish undercoat on the body for more tone, lightweight Hipshot tuners, high mass vintage bridge, and satin neck back.
