SOLD !!!!! Fodera Emperor II 35" scale 5 string 25th Anniv with Flame Ash top and Mahogany body, Braz Rosewood finger board and Rosewood pickup covers over dual coils. Pope Preamp with Fodera HSC. I was told the top was out of wood Vinny bought almost 25 years prior to the Anniv when he first started Fodera and the the Mahogany is from the same Mahogany as Victors bass...... You would have to verify that info if its important to you from joey and Vinny.(info from low end shop where i bought it)
Hopefully Jason can contribute and separate fact from fiction, all i know is this is one sweet ride.
Bass is almost in 100% perfect condition, i'd say 9.7/10 with a small amount of playware. The volume is a little scratchy for about 5 second when you first plug the bass in then eventually stops, i'm sure this could be easily fixed. Small dink on the back of the body, about 1mm x 4mm and tiny amount of finish crack near the nut, just the finish and is just cosmetic but i like to disclose everything.
This is one very, very special Fodera, a lot of love has gone into this one and it sounds and plays beautifully. Stunningly low action (120 on the B and it's tight and well defined) and very versatile, you'd be hard pressed to find a better one. $8995US plus shipping FIRM
If you have a Alembic SC Deluxe with a 1.5 nut width i might be interested in a trade plus cash on your side, not interested in anything else. Payment must be made via PayPal or Bank Deposit and Courier Shipping is FREE Australia Wide. International orders will ship out through DHL Express (normally 3-5 business days) at a flat rate of $300US, insurance is extra but optional. I also have this up for sale on eBay

This has been by far my most favorite Fodera since they had it posted up a few years ago on their website. I can't emphasize on how rare true quilted white ash is. Very nice.
.....I just read in your first thread that the top was 25 years old...that happens to be very close to the same age of the ones I have.....Man, I want that bass.
