FS: 2009 EBMM GC 40th Anniversary Limited Edition 4HH Stingray w/Ebony Board

Up for your consideration is a beautiful, rare, MINT 2009 EBMM Guitar Center 40th Anniversary Limited Edition Stingray with Ebony fingerboard and string through body. The color is Sapphire Black with black pearloid pick guard.

Ernie Ball has not released how many of these were made for Guitar Center, but I've been told that it's usually just 1 per store max. This is the only one I've ever seen.

This bass is is mint condition with no dents or dings, and comes in the original EBMM case, also in mint condition.

The neck is incredibly fast, and the ebony fingerboard is fantastic. If you've played an ebony board, you know what I mean. If you haven't...well, it's a dream.

The only reason I'm selling this is because my Bongo and Big Al are getting all the playtime. I've literally have not put 5 hours of playtime on it, and the TB'er I got it from, MrFStop, also hadn't put much time on it. It's like you're getting a new bass.

Since I'm not using it, I'd love to see it go to someone who will play it and appreciate it.

Bump for a a great guy and my Ex ebony Stingray!
Man this bass played amazing.
I drooled for one entire year while this sat there brand new and un played on the top rack at the local GC.
Used to pop in and see if it was still up there.
Finally broke down and went for it.
Really should have kept it Miss it!

Too late now...I am neck deep in other GAS pains...hahaha!!
But someone will be REEEALY PSYCHED when they buy this baby!!

i played an ebony board sr5 at a gc in bakersfield, ca it had been there for over a year top shelf full of dust, they waned like 2k for it, I offered them 1400 cash and they refused I really loved that ebony board, I wonder if its still there
