This bass is still here? I'd totally take it if I had some money. This is a gorgeous instrument and I'm being conservative in saying that.

fingerstyle soundclip

added by popular request. Who said ash/maple can't growl?? excuse the poor technique as I'm adjusting to the string height.

ash fingerstyle 101017.wav - 10.59MB

The mid and high band settings are on detent (flat), the low band is rolled off a tad (10-20%). pick up blend is on detent, but the bridge pickup is slightly closer to the strings which is typical on a J.

I've owned a few of Ray's basses and they are killer. This bass is right up my alley but I don't have the cash. Are you interested in any trades?

Thanks for the compliment, yes it is a great bass and the only reason she is for sale is the Celinder gets most of the playtime in terms of 70's J. Not looking for trades at this point.
Peace,
Raphael

Bass still available and new as a celinder gets all the play time in terms of 5 string 70's j.
