. I am unable to accept trade offers, sorry!
I'm relisting this bass. First I had it listed on TB for about a week but due to lack of interest, eventually it went off to the 'bay. It sold on ebay but the buyer was unable/unwilling to pay up so unfortunately here it sits, patiently waiting for a new buyer.
Here's the [finished] auction link as proof: http://www.ebay.com/itm/121147119713...84.m1561.l2649
This bass has been sold twice now on Talkbass. Here are both the sale threads from oldest to newest: FS: ERNIE BALL MM STING RAY 5H & CASE! FS: Ernie Ball Stingray 5
Now for specs and information regarding the instrument:
Ernie Ball MusicMan Stingray 5-String Bass - Made in the USA. Natural finish with Maple fretboard. Original tags, case candy, and brand-new hardshell case included. Weight on this bass is 10lbs. The instrument was professionally inspected and set up with "Circle K" balanced .136 gauge strings and Schaller strap locks installed. It is in NEAR MINT condition and could easily be hung up in a music store and tagged as new. I only removed the plastic on the pickguard. Kept polished and rarely used in my smoke-free home studio. Never gigged. No nonsense. Clean.
I'm selling because I moved back to 4 strings and purchased a EBMM Classic 'Ray. There is nothing about this bass that "put me off" other than the fact that I'm more comfortable with 4 string basses.
Also, here's some additional information about the history of this bass; according to the previous owners and Ernie Ball, it was made on 4/4/2011 and for those who will ask,the serial # is E85679.
*Please note - The hardshell case was originally a bit cracked with dents but functional. Still, it has been replaced for a brand new one!
This bass would have sold at auction for $1225 on ebay. I'm asking
