FS: 2011 Fender American Deluxe Precision Bass (3-Color Sunburst and Rosewood)

Up for sale s a beautiful specimen of Fender's current American Deluxe line. The quality is really great, and the fit and finish are top notch. I'm incredibly impressed and pleased that Fender has really upped its game in recent years, and this is a great example.

I bought this recently from a fellow TB'er as an impulse buy. I'm moving and getting out of playing for a while.... I just really wanted to try one of these and a good opportunity presented itself.

2011 Fender American Deluxe Precision (MIA)
3-Color Sunburst w/black pickguard
Rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays
Deluxe Split-Coil Precision Bass® Pickup
N3 Noiseless™ Jazz Bass® Bridge Pickup
Active/Passive Preamp with separate 3-band and tone control
... And it appears to be a two piece body (I personally prefer this on the sunburst to the 3 piece bodies.)

Playability is excellent, tone is excellent as well. Has a new set of Dunlop nickel strings (45-105). Ships in the original Fender ATA case. Pretty much dead mint condition. 8.8 lbs and perfectly balanced.













I'm asking what I paid, $1175. No trades please.

I will also include a Levy 3" wide leather strap with the Schaller straplocks installed.

Yes, it is. I spoke with the two of them when Steve bought it. He prefers JJs in the end and I was specifically looking for the PJ.

I personally love the P solo on this or in the center for the P with Bite.

I would be keeping this one if my wife hadn't kindly reminded me of our impending move after it showed up.
