I have 3 Fender precision basses for sale.
First up is an 83 in Black all 79 appointments this bass is very clean. Bass is all original right down to the screws w/light scratches from being played. There are some small dings but nothing through the clearcoat, a good buffing and this bass would be like new. S9 serial, pots date 41st week of 82 (1378241). Grey bottom pickups are not stamped and the neck is stamped 3 11 83 body has late 70s early 80s routs. Bass weighs in at 10lbs even. Comes with an early 80s deluxe molded hardshell case in good shape with just a few small cracks in the corners and the feet are a little pushed in. $1050 plus shipping, Co US only.

Next up is a 1984 Fretless Precision. This bass could be CBS or FMIC I'm not sure. This is really an odball bass that came to me via craigslist. The neck looks to be from the late 70s with a lam board and 70s tuners, trussrod at the heal and 1984 neck date stamp. Pickguard and pickups look to be 83 single ply white with white covers and black bottom pickups, volume pot dates to 83 and tone pot dates late 82. Body has 70s rout but this bass only weighs 8 lbs. The first owner(I'm the second) said he bought this bass new in the mid 80s. He didn't like the P bass sound so He bough a warmoth Jazz body and put the fretless P neck on the jazz body. The Warmoth had a deeper neck pocket so the neck had to be redrilled, the he moved the 12th fret markers to help with intonation. When that did't help he bough a warmoth fretless neck and put the P back together and left it sitting.
I filled the 12th fret markers with rosewood dust and super glue and remarked the original side markers. You have to look close to see where the markers were filled. This bass plays and sounds great is light and loud! No case but will be well packed and double boxed. Price reflects issues $600 plus shipping.

{sold}Last is a 78 P bass in very good condition with a rare A neck. Maple board all original with matching pickguard sticker. Pots date 49th week of 78 (1377849) neck date is very faint but the stamp is green and looks to read 11 02 A 308 1 pickups date to 77(17 06 77), strung with flats the frets have just been leveled, dressed and polished. 4 or 5 small dings through the paint, other than that great bass. $1250 plus ship. Bass weighs in at 10 3/4 lbs so a bit on the heavy side. Hardshell case that looks like a fender case but does not say fender on it. Trying to get my pics up but having trouble with the up load. Might have to do it the hard way.
No trades at this time these will hit ebay in a few days(they have to be gone by the end of the week). CON US ONLY thanks for looking.
