Okay I have my sights on trying to get one of the Wal basses for sale, so I'm putting up theses basses, so no trades.

1972 Fender Precision Bass, neck date May 72, alder sunburst body rosewood board. Pots, pickup and wiring are all original and untouched with correct early 72 dates. This bass has all original hardware, pickguard, chrome covers and every last screw is factory and original tolex case. B width neck. This was a bar queen for many years, has had a refret and there are lots of finish checking, dings, dents and heavy wear and buckle wear on this. But the beauty is this is a featherweight bass at 7.6 lbs! The lightest P you'll find for sale anywhere, a pleasure to play all nighters. *****SOLD!*****

Yes the 75RI LE is one of the 2002-2003 USA made basses.

And yes the 72P has a B width neck.

change of plans....

I'm dying to take this baby home,I have the $ all set..

.. I get the feeling that my wife is probably going to surprise me with a new bass for xmas,
I should wait on this. It wouldn't be right buying this now.
I'll step aside for now..

that p bass is badass, especially at that weight.

i've got a '77 that weighs a bit over 8lbs...was in the guitar store the other day and picked up an older p and the thing must've weighed 12lbs. i put it right back on it's hook.
