FS: '75 Fender Jazz Reissue (MIJ) w/ Badass II bridge & Audere pre - $850

Sign in to disble this ad
Selling my '75 Fender Japan Jazz Bass reissue. Serial # dates this to '85-'86 production, and it's been worn-in in all the right places in those 16ish years. My first bass was an original '75 Jazz, and this instrument feels just like home playing and holding it. Bound maple neck w/ maple fingerboard & block inlays, natural finish, 3-bolt neck (w/ Fender Japan plate). Bridge upgraded to a BadAss II. Audere JZ3 onboard preamp installed, and I'll include original control plate, as well. If you're unfamiliar with the Auderes (which I love--have them in both my Jazzes), you can read up on them here: Audere Audio JZ3

Asking $850 plus shipping from zip 98116. Price includes gig bag. PM with any questions. Thanks for looking!

Were it I had the cash - this babe would be mine.
Good luck on the sale.

Have decided to hold onto the bass for the time being--haven't managed to find anything else that sounds close to as good. Thanks to all for the interest; I will re-open the thread if I change my mind again!
