For sale is a vintage Steinberger bass with EMG pick ups and a "V" shaped body. I actually have two of these guys and this one is cosmetically in better condition. Overall I'd say it's an 8/10. Definitely has been played but well taken care of. One small scratch on the back that doesn't go through the finish and a small ding on bottom right corner. The graphic neck is straight, has no issues, and plays wonderfully. The frets only show light wear and have plenty of life left. The pickups are passive (my other Steinberger has active pickups) and sound very full. Great bass for an 80s cover band!
These basses are pretty rare, but I believe a fair price would be $800 plus shipping. Will ship in a gig bag (it's technically a guitar gig bag but it fits the bass well). |
