FS '85 G&L SB-1 ** P Bass Killer!! Price Drop!!

Sign in to disble this ad
For Sale; 1985 G&L SB-1, 2nd generation, has the contoured body and slit coil pickup. Tobacoburst body looks to be Maple, Maple neck and board with gun oil tint. Bridge and metal pickguard has the black crinkle finish. A real looker!!
This bass has some minor player wear, not bad for a 25 year old bass. There is a ding on the edge of the neck at the 2nd fret treble side (I don't notice it while playing), also some finish loss at the 14th fret bass side. Frets, neck, tuners, and electronics are all in great shape, This bass plays great and does sound killer. Needing to raise funds for this move to Oregon I'm making, this bass was in the keeper pile but its time to move some gear. Thats the only reason for the sale.
Ships in the OHSC also in great shape.
$800.00 delivered lower 48, paypal no prob
SOLD SOLD SOLD
LOCAL PICKUP $750.00 Eugene, OR
No trades on this one, thanks

Hi Erik, This one mearures 1 11/16, real comfortable thickness front to back, also sporting a fairly fresh set of D'Add 1/2 rounds.
Thanks

Is this the G&L pickup or the Schaller that they put in some? The edges of th pickup casing on the G&Ls are more rounded IIRC. Does it have adjustable polepieces?

Thanks,
Karl

Dang- so tempting and "semi-local" as well? I go through spurts of really missing my SB-2 (you still have that beast, Jetagreg?), and this one has the same neck profile that I love on my old L2000!

Where is all that expendable income I remember having a little while back.....?!
