FS 99 Fender USA Hotrodded Precision Bass

Up for sale is an American 1999 Fender Hot Rod P bass. Alder/Rosewood. These basses are awesome. I have 3 of them and need to make some room. What makes them special is the factory Jazz pup and the side input jack. They only made these for a few years and they are my favorite 4 string Fender. They do it all... The placement of the pickup is the same as a Sadowsky PJ. Its a lil closer to the P. It helps keep things nice and focused and full. It comes with a set of Chrome flats. Its got a few lil knicks and bumps, but its black and its 12 yrs old. Its had flats on it most of the time so no fretwear to speak of. This bass sounds deep and full. . It weighs in at 8.8lbs on my BR scale. It comes with a G&G Fender Hardshell case. $925 shipped.

Wow. I'll go ahead and post the obligatory "Trades?" question...

Not sure I can do this...

I have kept this in great shape. It's just too heavy for me these days at almost 10lbs. Just wonderng.
