SOLD SOLD Amazing Benavente COCOBOLO Front/Fack - Quilt Board!!! 9 pc ash neck

NOW SOLD!!!!
Best Benavente that I have ever seen, played or heard.

Spotless. Comes with a gig bag.

This one has a 9 piece neck (yes, a 9 piece neck) ash and what I believe is purple heart or cocobolo combo in the nxck construction.

Exhibition grade cocobolo matching back/front of headstock, matching back and front and a quilt maple fingerboard with ebony binding (only one that I have ever seen). Luscious ash body. MOP inlays. Black/gold hardware.

$3985 or best offer and buyer pays shipping.

You are right - oops. BETTER STILL! Very light due to the ash body. I don't have a scale but I estimate under 9 lbs. I will try and gain access to a scale.

Top and bottom of fretboard accounts for the last 2 pieces...they must extend from the back of the neck to give a dark contrast for the side dots.

Beautiful bass!
