Up for sale 1997 american fender fretless jazz bass.
I'm the second owner of this bass and have taken great care of it since I've owned it.

It's in great playing shape including low action, electronics, and set-up. It does have some scratches and nicks (shown in the photos). It also has three holes in the body below the bridge where the previous owner had placed an aftermarket bridge (very hard to notice, they are almost covered by the string beads). The original was replaced before I bought it. The bass is in overall great shape. The fretboard is in great shape and the bass always wears flats.

$750 $700 shipped and insured in the US.
Not looking for any trades.
I do not have a case but will bubble wrap it and ship it double boxed.
Or if it is a big deal for you, we can work something out.

I'm also selling my fretted jazz here...FS: American Fender Jazz

I know that I don't have any feedback, as I just recently found TB, but I will use Paypal and have no problem talking to you over the phone if it will make you more comfortable.

nicks on headstock

Old bridge holes

Free bump for a sweet bass. I have the recent MIM edition, and it is a great player--an MIA at this price is a steal!

Thanks. It is a great bass. I'm only selling it because I've been eying something else and need the extra money to go toward it.

Packing Pics!

I have had a few people ask me about shipping without a gig bag or case. So, I went ahead and packed up this bass and sat it into a box to show how well it will be packed. I got some boxes from the local shop that fit this bass great. I am selling two jazz basses, one fretted one fretless. This is the fretted one packed up, but both will be packed in the same way.

The bass will be bubble wrapped, and put in the guitar shaped box. Then that box will be put into another larger box and packed with tons of packing paper. This will be as good a packing job as possible, way better than a cheap gig bag stuffed into a box with some packing paper.
