FS-Another Atelier Z M265- $1500 shipped

Sign in to disble this ad
Well, I got an offer for a Sadowsky UV70 5'er and that is what I want. So, the wife said this must go to make room.

The bass is flawless with no marks. It has the Bart XTCT pre in it. The action is super low (as most AZ's are). It sounds amazing and I have a couple live clips to prove it.

Asking $1500 shipped via Paypal. I have the Atelier Z gig bag for the bass as well.

Sound Clips Added

Peace,
Chris

You can say that again! There is also a trim pot (mids) in the cavity that gives a monster fingerstyle tone. I am trying to work out with the wife on keeping this and still getting the Sadowsky.

Thank you. This thing is aboslutely amazing. But I got a great offer on a Sadowsky and I have been wanting one for a long time, so this has to go.

I think they are real MOP, not sure though. It weighs a little over 11lbs. It doesn't feel heavy with a comfort strap though.

Why don't we just trade?
The odds of selling are about the same () and we're asking about the same price.......

It is in 70's position....... the bridge is the shorter version which may be why it looks that way. Or am I totally wrong here?

I think I am wrong here. The pickups might be 60's spacing. If so, this is the most 70's sounding 60's spacing bass I have ever heard.

**-Edit-** It IS 60's spacing. 3.6" from pole piece on the neck to pole piece on the bridge. I am shocked!!!! Anyway. I have clips that would normally prove this fact wrong if you want to hear.

I don't have an exact weight, but it is just a bit over 11lbs. I played a 2 hour set the other night with no break and it was fine. I have a comfort strap and that made the world of difference.

This is on hold till early evening. There are 5 people in line, but if the deal falls through, I will PM'ing all parties who want it and first to respond will have themselves a monster bass.
**EDIT**- I will be contacting the potential buyers in order that I was contacted. Just wanted to clear that up.
