Hi, I have a 1991 Aria Pro II SB-1000 up for sale here. It's NOT the original '80s SB-1000 with single pickup / 6 position tone selector, but it is called an SB-1000 according to Aria (see catalogue page at the bottom). It has two humbuckers with active electronics, neck-through construction, sen (ash) body, rosewood fretboard, etc. The electronics consist of an "AFC" circuit which I guess to be some kind of Alembic copy. Aria sold the SB-LTD models, stocked with Alembic pickups, at the same time as these. It's got two volumes and one tone filter. Like Alembic, it makes a little "wah" sound when you turn the tone filter quickly back and forth. And like Alembic it has that blue trim pot in the electronics cavity. It weighs in at just under 10lbs on my bathroom scale...I had it set up with Fender stainless steel strings about a year and a half ago and it really hasn't been played since. Comes with a padded gig bag that is missing the shoulder strap and one zipper tab is missing.
I'm asking $725 shipped, CONUS. Not interested in trades at the moment.
SOLD! Thanks MaddAnthony!
