Figured Walnut Top & Back, Figured Maple Accent Laminates, Mahogany Core, 5-Piece Maple / Morado Neck with Macassar Ebony Fingerboard, Mother Of Pearl Top & Side Dots, Matching Headstock Laminate, Smith Humbucker Pickups & 3-Band 18v Preamp, Gold Hardware, Case.

Not sure about the exact Year. Sometime early 2000.
It is the BSR5EG
