Amazing STR CS5 bass here. Ask Brian Barrett at the LowEnd about these basses if you haven't heard about them; they flat out rock. These are all handmade basses built by a master luthier in Japan, and they rival the finest stuff made here (really).
This is a modern take on a jazz bass that can really get vintage sounding with the single coils. Olympic white (looks creamier in person), flamed koa integrated pickguard and matching headstock, ash body, birdseye maple fingerboard with fancy brass ring/inlaid dots and a beautiful volute on the back of the headstock. Loaded with single coils and an Aguilar OBP-3 preamp. I am the original owner, and this bass is in mint condition. Comes with STR hard gigbag (which is really nice, btw). Weight is 9.0 lbs on my bathroom scale; can get nut measurements if needed; 19 mm spacing. Can send more pics if needed; it's hard to capture the cream white of the bass properly.
$2300 shipped --> price drop --> $2200 shipped
