My other thread wasn't generating much interest, so I decided to shuffle a few things around in hopes of moving something out of here.
This is a Musicman Big Al in excellent condition. 4-string SSS configuration. Very cool bass and it's comfortable to boot!
The one issue that it does have is that the active/passive switch sticks a bit on the pickguard. It doesn't seem to be a problem with the switch itself, I think that the pickguard just needs adjusted a bit or the hole needs routed out a little. It hasn't been that big of a deal for me, so I just haven't done anything about it.
Currently set up with relatively new 40-100 DR Sunbeams.
Weight = 9 lbs. 10 oz.
If you need more pics, I can get some with my cell phone, but the camera is out of town at the moment.
Will ship in the OHSC which is also in excellent condition. $1150 Price drop! $1050 shipped in the US. Paypal only.

Also a quick note to let you know that I will not be able to ship anything from 07/15/10 - 07/25/2010. If you don't move quickly, you'll have to wait a little longer to play your new bass! |

As for the Bongo, I've just never been able to get comfortable on a 5. Thanks for the offer though! |

I own two SUBs, one with a custom sparkle finish. Two for one trade?

I'm falling deeper and deeper in love with mine every gig. Has a super comfortable Sterling neck, can be sweet and laid back, or aggressive as a mofo. One of our forum members caught me at a show this past weekend and said, "Damn! That bass sounds like, and I'll quote, "a 70's Fender Jazz with a blow torch up its arse". Looks wicked cool too.

| | Registered User | | Join Date: Sep 2009 Location: SF Bay Area | | | It really is a great bass. I just picked up a Sterling (same awesome neck) and something has to go. The only reason this one is up here is because I need to clear one out and I figured this one would generate the most interest. This will definitely make someone happy! | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
