**SOLD**

This Boulder Creek EBR3-N4 4-string fretted Acoustic Electric Bass is in the brand new condition it was when I bought it last year, and has never left my house except for its set-up by Mouradian Guitar, the premier guitar repair and restoration shop in the Boston area. I have not played it or any bass guitars very much since I bought it, having gravitated back to stand-up.

Boulder Creek uses all solid woods for the top and back, in this case solid cedar for the top and solid mahogany for the back, and their patent-pending Suspended Bracing System (SBS). A revolutionary departure from the traditional X-brace, the SBS employs a pair of parallel aluminum braces that are anchored at three points under the top, but are otherwise suspended like a pair of towel racks. This allows the top to vibrate more freely, improving projection. The area of the top is also greater, with a soundhole the size of half-dollar and a large oval port on the side, dramatically improving bass response. The side port also provides incredible amount of volume to the player. The pre-amp/EQ is very responsive and has a built-in chromatic tuner. The bass comes with its original hard-shell case. Mine looks exactly like the manufacturer’s website picture attached and is in perfect condition. I have pictures and can email if interested.

I have played Tacomas and this Boulder Creek sounds every bit as big and bold, if not more, and I find the body is more comfortable to hold. You will find reviews that say exactly the same thing. The construction and satin finish is excellent and the wood selection very nice.

Here is Boulder Creek’s web page:

$525 plus $35 shipping.

I will accept Paypal or USPS money order.

I am a private seller, but I want the buyer to be pleased with their purchase. So if the buyer is unhappy with the bass, they may return it within 48 hours in as-shipped condition, at their shipping cost, and I will refund the purchase price, less my actual shipping costs.

Thanks for looking!
