SOLD!!!

$675 Paypal Shipped Lower 48 US

*I'll knock off $20 ($655) if you pay with a USPS money order or another fee-less method

Brand New!....Plastic still on the pickups & stuff
Pleked etc. Bart Pickups & Preamp.
9 Lbs.
Really nice Gig bag
Sounds and plays exactly like my other 55-01 (perfect)
I was going to mod one of them with Nordys and stuff, but I really like them stock, so I'm keeping the older one with the maple FB.

It really is a great bass.... I think 55-01s are the most underrated basses out there. They have the exact same neck and body (except pickup routs) as a 55-02 but have a deeper thicker sound (If you lower the treble)

save $170 off of a new one from a store and get a free gig bag!

I have a G&L 2500L tribute 5 that I really like but the B string seems a little low on tension and the tone isnt even across the neck, how does this bass play do you have a comparrisons?

Well I have 2 55-01s so..... I love the neck.... It's graphite reinforced so it's super stable. It has an awesome low B. You can drop the action super low with no buzz. The tone is great from the B on up. No dead spots and very even.

Exactly the reason why I went with the 55-01 when I A/B'ed both.

Bump for a great bass.
