Carvin SB4000 is back up for sale. This is a solid bass - excellent alternative to a Fender Jazz - but I have too many basses and updating my recording PC is a higher priority.
Delivered from Carvin in December of 2010 and still in excellent condition (nothing but very subtle wear from relatively light use to be found anywhere, no dings or noticeable scratches). Color is crimson transparent with blackburst edges. Ebony fretboard, low-wide frets (rather Lakland-like feel), tung oil finish on the back of the neck, black-painted Icon-style headstock, black pickguard, black hardware, Hipshot D-tuner, passive electronics. Currently strung with
TI Jazz Flats. I don't know the exact weight but it's one of the lighter basses I've owned. Comes with Carvin black tolex case and original accessories.
